This is the first in a series of articles focusing on Project Management basics.
We often fail in our projects because of our lack of understanding of what it takes to complete a project. By incorporating a few basic principles, you can bring your projects in on time and within budget!
An often quoted statistic is that 61%[1] of the projects initiated are failures because they did not result in the desired objective, they were not completed in the prescribed time, they were more expensive than planned or all of the above. Enlightened project management is the key to successful project achievement.
